Journaling

I've been keeping a journal since I was 17 and I can honestly call it my 'life's work'.
I wrote two books based on my journals and am working on a third.
Journals are a rich source of material for personal memoir, family history, biography, autobiography, and many other writing genres. Keeping a daily journal is also good for your mental and emotional health, it inspires creativity, and can help us make sense of the world and our place in it. 
On this page I've placed some inspiration that I hope will encourage you to start journaling. It's never too late to begin the story of your life. I offer individual tuition in journaling via online platforms, and group classroom workshops.
